Inflation principle of air mattress

Inflate tube A > 5/10/20 minutes later ( settable ) > Inflate tube B > 5/10/20 minutes later > Inflate tubes AB together > 5/10/20 minutes later > Inflate tube A

Air Pump

• High inflation flow rate: 8L / min , making inflation more stable
• There is a knob to adjust the inflation pressure of the tube ( mattress hardness adjustment )
• 3 modes: Alternating , Static , Auto Firm
• Alternating time can be set (5 / 10 / 20 minutes )
• Static mode : The pressure value is 2/3 of the set value , and it will automatically switch to alternating mode after 8 hours.
• In Static dining mode , the vibration of the bed's ventilation will not affect your meal.
• If the user feels that the alternating function affects sleep, they can also choose the dining mode (Static) to improve comfort.
• Auto Firm mode : The pressure value is the maximum value set, and it automatically jumps to alternating gas exchange after 1 hour.
• 3 error alarm lights and sounds: Low pressure , Power failure , Selector failure , so that caregivers can understand whether the air mattress pressure is normal
• Low pressure and selector failure will cause a short beep to warn you.
• Power failure will be warned by a long beep
• In addition to the sound, there will be a light to indicate which alarm item it is.
• Quick-connect plug ( connects mattress and air pump ) eliminates the need to plug / unplug pipes one by one, effectively preventing pipes from loosening or leaking
• The air pump is equipped with a pair of hooks for easy hanging on the bed frame / bed rails / headboard and footboard
• The air pump uses a PC board to control the pressure, which is more accurate in controlling the high and low pressures and has a lower failure rate. The general air pump uses a simple Micro-switch mechanical mechanism to control the high and low pressures, which makes the parts easily fatigued and more prone to failure.

Mattress

• The two groups of tubes are inflated alternately. When the tubes of group A are inflated, the tubes of group B will slowly exhaust; vice versa
• The tube strips are inflated alternately, so the user's skin will not be under long-term pressure and develop bedsores
• The two sets of tubes are ventilated alternately every 5 / 10 / 20 minutes, effectively preventing bedsores
• Equipped with a pillow function ( the first to fourth tubes will not alternately exchange air ) , which helps reduce the impact on the user's sleep
• The mattress tubes ( tubes 5 to 8 ) are equipped with True Low Air Loss to keep the user's skin dry and greatly reduce the chance of bedsores at the user's skin's greatest stress points ( scapula to coccyx ) .
• Equipped with CPR quick exhaust function, which makes it easier for nursing staff to provide first aid such as external cardiac compression in emergency situations
• The mattress is equipped with a TPU waterproof cover to effectively prevent liquid from flowing into the mattress
• The mattress is designed in a tubular shape, and each tube can be independently assembled and disassembled, making it easy to replace and clean.
• The mattress tubes and cover are made of Nylon + TPU materials. TPU is waterproof, soft and comfortable, elastic, highly durable and environmentally friendly. On the contrary, ordinary air mattresses are made of PVC , which is more resistant, inelastic, less durable and pollutes the environment.
