Inflation principle of air mattress

Brick two-tube alternating air mattress:

Tube A inflated > 12 minutes later > Tube B inflated > 12 minutes later > Tubes AB inflated together > 12 minutes later > Tube A inflated

Air intake method ( air pump position )

Air Pump

• There is a knob to adjust the inflation pressure of the tube ( mattress hardness adjustment )
• 2 error alarm lights: Low pressure , Power failure , so that caregivers can understand whether the air mattress pressure is normal
• Quick-connect plug ( connects mattress and air pump ) , no need to plug / unplug pipes one by one, effectively preventing pipes from loosening or leaking
• The air pump is equipped with a pair of hooks for easy hanging on the bed frame / bed rails / headboard and footboard
• The air pump uses a PC board to control the pressure, which is more accurate in controlling the high and low pressures and has a lower failure rate. The general air pump uses a simple Micro-switch mechanical mechanism to control the high and low pressures, which makes the parts easily fatigued and more prone to failure.

Mattress

• The two groups of tubes are inflated alternately. When the tubes of group A are inflated, the tubes of group B will slowly exhaust; vice versa
• The three groups of tubes are inflated alternately. When the tubes of group BC are inflated, the tubes of group A will slowly exhaust. When the tubes of group AC are inflated, the tubes of group B will slowly exhaust. When the tubes of group AB are inflated, the tubes of group C will slowly exhaust.
• Compared with the air mattress with three alternating tubes, more body area will be in contact with the air tube. However, under normal use, there is no significant difference in the pressure relief effect between the two alternating methods. In terms of comfort, the three-tube alternating air mattress is better.
• The tube strips are inflated alternately, so the user's skin will not be under long-term pressure and develop bedsores
• The two sets of tubes alternately change air every 12 minutes. The user will not feel uncomfortable due to too frequent alternating air ( e.g. every 4-8 minutes ) , and it can also effectively prevent bedsores.
• Equipped with a pillow function ( the first to fourth tubes will not alternately exchange air ) , which helps reduce the impact on the user's sleep
• The mattress tubes ( tubes 5 to 8 ) are equipped with True Low Air Loss to keep the user's skin dry and greatly reduce the chance of bedsores at the user's skin's greatest stress points ( scapula to coccyx ) .
• Equipped with CPR quick exhaust function, which makes it easier for nursing staff to provide first aid such as external cardiac compression in emergency situations
