Preparation method :

One spoon (approximately 7 grams ) of BeneProtein™ from the measuring container attached into at least 4 oz (118 ml) of beverage or food (recommended brewing temperature is 4-70 degrees Celsius). Porridge, wheat bran, soup, coffee, tea, juice, stir until dissolved.
