Return or Exchange Service

1. There is no return or refund service for all goods, except for quality problems and damage discovered upon receipt.

2. If customer has completed the order but has not received the goods, while needs to make a refund due to the supplier's shortage, our staff will contact the customer to arrange refund.

3. Customers who need to exchange goods, must contact our company to request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the goods, and complete the replacement procedure within 7 days. Our company reserves the right to cancel the goods replacement.

4. Customers need to bring the unopened and unpacked goods (including outer boxes and original packaging) , gifts (if any) , and original invoices to the company's office for replacement procedures. When replacing products, customers must return the original products that purchased. The original invoice for the product must be submitted to our company for cancellation.

5. The return or exchange arrangement does not apply to any of the following situations :

a. Goods that have been assembled, unpacked or damaged

b. Neglect, loss or improper handling of goods or accessories

c. Products that have been modified or repaired

d. Products that have been registered for warranty online

e. Discounted items, nutritional products, personal hygiene products, bathroom products, opened urine / stomach throat and wound care products, and customized products

6. For exchanging of goods, if the value of the exchanged goods is lower than the original goods, the difference will not be refunded; if the value of the exchanged goods is higher than the original goods, the difference must be compensated

7. If customers need to arrange door-to-door replacement service, we will charge a fee of HK$100 (if the delivery address needs to be reached by stairs, a handling fee of HK$20 per floor will be charged)

8. When exchanging goods, if the value of the exchanged goods is lower than the original goods, the difference will not be refunded; if the value of the exchanged goods is higher than the original goods, the difference will need to be compensatedOnly one exchange can be made per order
